Very tasty okroshka with kefir and mineral water


  1. Kefir 700 ml.
  2. Mineral water 300 ml.
  3. Boiled potatoes 200 grams.
  4. Cucumbers 200 g
  5. Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  6. Cooked sausage 250 grams
  7. Parsley 10 grams
  8. Chives 10 grams
  9. Salt 1 tsp ( taste)

Cut the potatoes with a medium cube.
Freshly grated cucumbers.
We also cut the sausage with a medium cube.
Finely chop eggs.
Finely chop the parsley and onion.
Mix all the chopped ingredients in a saucepan.
Now fill the ingredients with kefir and mineral water. If okroshka turns out to be thick, then add more water to get a liquid consistency.
Salt okroshka to taste, and send it to cool in the refrigerator. After 30 minutes you can serve okroshka to the table.
