Step 1: prepare the filling.
Cut the pork tenderloin into slices 2 centimeters thick. Carefully beat them with a meat hammer, making the slices thin and soft. But! Do not allow holes to appear.

Pepper, salt the pork slices, add the dried herbs. Add cheese and 6-8 berries of cherry to the center of each slice.

Step 3: fry pork rolls with cherry.

Dissolve starch in a small amount of cold juice.
When the cherry is soft and the sauce is 1/3 more, add the diluted starch and continue cooking, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: serve pork rolls with cherry.
Put the pork and cherry rolls in the cherry sauce, garnish with mint and serve. This is a very tasty and satisfying hot dish.
