The people of Caransebeș were condemned to living poetry

Under the motto & # 8222Poezia vie & # 8221, on Saturday, February 20, the city of Caransebeş hosted in the Hall December 1, 1918 of the City Hall, a large cultural event, which was attended by several literary groups in the country. Then I condemned them all to poetry! - someone from outside could have said counting sixteen men, of whom twelve were poets, seated at the vast table of literature.

Cornel Ungureanu was the guest of honor at this celebration of living poetry, the president of the Timişoara Branch of the Romanian Writers' Union studied, in his youth, at the & # 8222Traian Doda & # 8221 High School in Caransebeș.

The presentation of the participating circles began with the group & # 8222Virgil Birou & # 8221, from Anina, made by Mihai Chiper. From his own creation, the poet Ion Răşinaru, a member of the cenacle founded in 1958, recited a poem.

Being a special day that will remain imprinted in the memory of those present, but also in the newspapers of the time, Mayor Marcel Vela entered his duties and handed over to Professor Eleonora Bunea the Diploma of & # 8222Honor Citizen of Caransebeş & # 8221.

The well-known historian and poet Constantin Brătescu, member of the Cenacle & # 8222Sorin Titel & # 8221 from Caransebeş, read some poems from the volume released last year, Solilocvii.

"The last station" for Iosif Caraiman is the recent volume of lyrics that the author would not have wanted to write.

Cornel Ungureanu, the first to talk about Caraiman's book, said that he writes a testamentary poem and that “living next to Caraiman means living a Romanian history. To come out of this history through poetry means to be in solidarity with this poet "who is a poet" of the passing and of the saint ", a poet" of the unhappy ", because" his life and writing are dramatic " confessed Ilie Chelaru, writer and editor-in-chief of the magazine & # 8222Orient latin & # 8221 and the director of the Publishing House & # 8222Eubeea & # 8221 from Timişoara, who also edited some of his books, and Ultima gară is the result of new unfortunate attempts in his life.

The poet Ion Oprişor, the coordinator of the literary circle "Seasons" of the House of Culture of Lugoj Municipality

was present to launch his book "The window that does not know me", together with his colleagues, the poets Remus Valeriu Giorgioni, Mircea Anghel, Ionel Panait, Oniga Gheorghe and the poet Adriana Weimar who recited, in turn, a poetry of his own creation.

The Cultural Association & # 8222Direction 9 & # 8221 in Bucharest led by the writer Adrian Suciu offered the general public the opportunity to get to know their poets live, although it specified that "only God knows how to write and wrote only once": Ciprian Chirvasiu who presented his book & # 8222Nobody, nothing, never & # 8221, Valeriu DG Barbu offered us a "Chocolate with Lemon", then it was made. Asztalos

because the popular Prophet entered the scene in

the person of Adrian Suciu, this "nest chief" - as presented by Ioan Cojocariu, director of the George Suru House of Culture in Caransebeș. In addition to the great joy of being present at Caransebeș, Adrian Suciu confessed to us that whoever will ever come here, it would be better to forget his liver and kidneys at home or maybe it would be better to write a False treatise on alcohol, although the liver is not about alcohol.

The Cenacle & # 8222Semenicul & # 8221 from Reşiţa coordinated by Gheorghe Jurma was present through the poets Costel Stancu

who presented his latest volume "The Paper Waste" -although he is a waste of love, but this title was also awarded many years ago by George Țărnea, the poet Iacob Roman spoke about ,, Persona non grata. False verse novel from times of crisis '', Nicolae Sârbu had a "Infernal Marriage" which he shared with us, to those present, but also to the other participants from the City of Poets: Costel Simedrea and Ion Moșteoru.

The musical fragments were provided by Dan Cardaș-guitar / vocals, by Vasilica Ioana-vocals, by Vasile Gondoci-guitar / vocals and by the folkist Raul Cârstea-guitar / vocals, the latter revealing us Like a cigarette smoke, (e) the soul .

From the City Hall, the poets and participants then went to the House of Culture & # 8222George Suru & # 8221, where, in the Upper Room, a presentation of literary magazines took place, followed by a debate on the literary press.

The event was organized by the City Hall of Caransebes, the House of Culture & # 8222George Suru & # 8221 and the Cultural Association & # 8222Direction 9 & # 8221 in Bucharest.

Sausage biscuits. Simple biscuit salami recipe.

PREPARATION of biscuit salami Half an hour before we start preparing, we hydrate the raisins in enough rum to cover them. Extend the essence of rum with water or if you prefer, you can use brandy instead of rum. The taste will be finer. The biscuits are broken and placed in a bowl. If you want salami with larger pieces of biscuits, break them coarser, if you want finer pieces, you can even put the biscuits in the food processor. We cut the shit and the walnut into pieces but not too small. Put over the biscuits in the bowl, walnuts, shit and drained raisins.

Put the three tablespoons of cocoa, the three tablespoons of sugar and butter in the milk, put it on the fire slowly until everything is diluted, stirring from time to time. When it almost boils, take the milk off the heat, add the essence and pour it over the ingredients in the bowl, mixing them well to penetrate the biscuits and mix everything.

We prepare two pieces of foil and spread half of the biscuit composition, then we will roll them together with the foil, in the shape of salami. Refrigerate the salami pieces for 2-3 hours until it hardens and can be nicely portioned, then powder it with cocoa or coconut, according to your preferences.

Biscuits with peanut butter

I like biscuits of any kind, if it weren't for those damn calories I would eat every day but I try to prepare them at home and then I reduce the amount of sugar or replace it with something else. Peanut butter biscuits are delicious and can be prepared with children because they are & # 8222stampilati & # 8221 biscuits, if you have stamps for them at home you can use them freely, if you can't make them simple. They are tender, soft and very good. And I made them with peanut butter because my babies don't eat peanut butter in any form, I'm not a big fan either. Yes, I had to confess this, you know I'm honest, sometimes too much :). The only thing imported from Americans that I like are pancakes, otherwise all the sweets seem too much sugar and chocolate.

The recipe is very simple, with just a few ingredients as I like them and as they fit fluffy cookies, I found it here, I liked it and I implemented it.

Biscuits with peanut butter

  • 100g butter minimum 80% fat at room temperature
  • 60g old powder
  • 250g white flour
  • 1 or
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100g peanut butter

2. Add the vanilla essence, egg, peanut butter and finally add the flour. We get a crumbly dough that we roll in foil and keep it cold for at least an hour.

3. On the table sprinkled with flour, spread the dough in a sheet about 3mm thick, then print with the stamp patterns and cut into biscuits.

Place them in a tray lined with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes until slightly browned.

4 After the biscuits are baked, let them cool in the pan.

They are very tender and go great with a glass of milk.

If you liked them, here are other cookie recipes:

Biscuits, my soldiers! Biscuim, Maria Ta!

Biscuits, my soldiers! Biscuim, Maria Ta!

For those who don't know the joke:

Stephen the Great had assembled the army for a battle with the Turks. As usual, he encourages his subjects and, finishing the speech, the valley resounds:
- Ride, my Moldovans! The thunderbolts answer like thunder:
"We're riding, Your Majesty!"
After crushing the Turkish army well, they all meet at the assembly place and Stefan orders:
"Dismount, my soldiers!"
"We are dismounting, Your Majesty!" Untying Stefan, he sees a packet of biscuits in a bush.
Reading the label carefully, a little puzzled, he picked up the packet of biscuits and said:
"Biscuits, my soldiers!"
- Biscuit, Your Majesty!

For others, biscuits with rose icing, vanilla and lemon:

The cream is butter and I divided it in two: one part with lemon essence, and the other with rose water. The biscuits are simple, fluffy and fragile.

LENT BISCUITS

When you fast, the biggest problem is what to eat for breakfast (at least for me it is). Bread with jam is too common and boring, soy milk with cereals is good, but if you are used to drinking a cup of tea & # 8211 what to accompany it if it is fasting. I propose the recipe for some cookies without butter and without milk. You will not believe how good fasting cookies can be!

red wine & # 8211 1 glass (200 ml)
olive oil (sunflower oil also works) & # 8211 1 glass (150 ml)
sugar & # 8211 1 cup (200 gr)
sugar for decoration & # 8211 3 tbsp
baking soda & # 8211 1 teaspoon
flour & # 8211 600 gr

Mix the wine, oil and sugar in a bowl.

Sift the flour together with the teaspoon of baking soda and add it little by little to the liquid composition in the bowl. Mix very well until the dough is completely homogenous.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

After 1 hour, take the dough out of the fridge, cut it into pieces and shape the & # 8222sticks & # 8221 as in the picture (I made them with a length of 16-18 cm), join the ends to form the biscuits.

Put a few tablespoons of sugar in a plate and pass the biscuits through it (but only on one side), then arrange them spaced on an oven tray, lined with baking paper. I had 35 biscuits, which did not fit on a single tray, so I used a small one.
