Step 1.

Rinse the fish from the set for fish soup under cold water, cut the gills and remove the fish scales, put in a pan, pour 2.3 liters of water, and as soon as the foam appears during heating, it is imperative to remove all foam

Step 2

Add to the broth 1 a whole onion and carrots, cut into four parts. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Step 3

Remove fish and vegetables from the broth. Peel the fish off, and no longer need vegetables.

Step 4

Strain the broth through a fine sieve. Add chopped onion, carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, peas and salt to the strained broth, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5

In the broth, put fish and boneless salmon, cut into small pieces, add ground black pepper and vodka. Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add dill with parsley and turn off the heat.

Step 6

Allow the ear to brew for 15 minutes. The ear is ready. Enjoy your meal!
