1. Dill and parsley chopped as small as possible, thus, the dish will be more aromatic and tasty. 2. Grind sweet pepper with a blender. 3. Add pepper, vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic and spices passed through a press: a pinch of hot paprika or to taste, ground coriander, sugar and salt. Add chopped dill and parsley, mix everything. 4. Wash the tomatoes, cut the edges and cut into four or six parts, depending on the size of the tomato. It is better to take tomatoes not too juicy, preferably with fleshy pulp, so as not to drain juice. 5. In a jar (I have one and a half liters) we put a layer of tomato, pour the dressing, a layer of tomato and dressing, so we put all the tomatoes with dressing. We cover the jar with a plastic cover, twist a little so that the dressing is evenly distributed over all the tomatoes, and turn the jar upside down. When you open the jar, the upper tomatoes will be slightly more pickled, and the lower ones will dominate. We put in the refrigerator for 12 hours. 6. Only the aroma of such tomato appetite comes instantly. If desired, you can add fresh cilantro or basil, fresh hot pepper, instead of hot paprika. Tomato juice with dressing can just be savored with bread - it’s so delicious! 7. Be sure to try cooking with this recipe, it will become your favorite. Enjoy your meal!
