  1. Lamb meat 500 gr.
  2. White cabbage 700 gr.
  3. 1 carrot
  4. Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  5. Onions 1 large head.
  6. Garlic 4 tooth.
  7. Dill 5 gr.
  8. Parsley 5 gr.
  9. Vegetable oil 50 ml.
  10. Water 1 tbsp.
  11. Salt and pepper to taste.

Washed and peeled vegetables for the dish.

Cut meat in portions, but not finely to preserve the taste.

Let the boiled vegetables boil, immediately pour the cabbage and pour a glass of brine from cucumbers. Stew for 30 minutes with the lid closed at a low temperature.
Pour garlic, dill, salt, pepper. Mix, let stand for 7 minutes with the stove turned off.
