Zucchini in the test

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Milk 0.5 cups
  3. Egg 1 piece
  4. White pepper to taste
  5. Baking powder for dough 1 pinch
  6. Zucchini 1 piece
  7. Vegetable oil for frying
  8. Salad leaves for decoration
  9. Garlic sauce to taste
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the zucchini.


Rinse the zucchini and cut it into circles of medium thickness. If the zucchini is large, peel the seed core and peel off.

Step 2: prepare the dough.


In a bowl, mix flour, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, pepper to taste and beat well with a whisk or fork to make a dough like pancakes. That is quite thick, but still liquid.

Step 3: fry the zucchini in the dough.


Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the zucchini circles in the dough, take them out with a fork and immediately put them in a frying pan.
Fry in batches.

Cook the zucchini in the dough over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. After zucchini, transfer to a paper towel to remove excess fat. In the meantime, start cooking the next batch.

Step 4: serve the squash in the test.


Zucchini fried in dough, serve warm with garlic or tomato sauce, very tasty and healthy!
