Peasant potato

Ingredients for Cooking Potato Peasants

  1. Potato 4 pieces (large)
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Smoked pork neck (or bacon) 100 grams
  4. Hard cheese (parmesan here) 100 grams
  5. Butter 50 grams
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: boil the potatoes.
