Baking dish, pan, pan, kitchen knife, spatula, cutting board, grater.
Step 1: boil the potatoes.
Rinse and cook the potatoes in their skins until they are ready, that is, until the potatoes are easily pierced with a knife or fork.
Then cool the potatoes, peel them and cut into small cubes.
Step 2: fry the pork.
Heat a little butter in a pan and fry the onion in it until soft. Then add the pork chopped into small pieces and fry all together until golden brown.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 3: mix the potatoes with pork.
Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of butter and put the boiled potatoes and the fried pork neck with onions in it.
Grate the cheese here and mix everything.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
I also put some butter on top.
Step 4: bake the peasant potatoes.
Send potatoes to bake in a preheated oven 30 minutes, about.
As soon as the top of the potato turns brown, it can be taken out of the oven and served.
Step 5: serve the potato in a peasant way.
Pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut salad will be a great addition to your peasant potatoes. Agree, a very tasty and fragrant dish is obtained. Note to all the hostesses.
Enjoy your meal!
- You can use “yesterday's” potatoes for cooking, that is, the one left over from your last lunch or dinner.
