Ingredients

  1. Eggs 6 pcs (2 pcs for pancakes, 4 pcs for boiled eggs for salad)
  2. Smoked sausage 200 gr
  3. Canned Cucumbers 2-3 pcs
  4. Bow 1 pc
  5. Vinegar 100 ml
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Mayonnaise to taste
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Cucumber

Cooking:

Step 2: Egg pancakes.

1) Add a little salt to two eggs, whisk lightly with a whisk and fry two pancakes. Let the pancakes cool and cut into strips.
