- wheat groats 200 g
- carrots 1 pc.
- chicken fillet 300 g
- bell pepper 1 pc.

- ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
- water (boiling water) 400 ml
- allspice, bay leaf to taste

Chicken fillet cut into small arbitrary pieces.
Grate the carrots. Chop the onion finely. Pepper seeds and cut into strips.
In a frying pan, in vegetable oil, fry the meat over high heat. Constantly stirring until meat protein is set. Add vegetables and reduce heat. Stew for 5 minutes under the lid. Stir and simmer another 5 minutes.
Add well-washed wheat groats and salt with black pepper. Stir and cover. Turn off the stove.
Add one pea of allspice to the pots. Top with grilled vegetables and meat from the pan. Pour in water, about 1 cm above the porridge. Add one bay leaf.
Cover the pots and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
