Step 1.

Add water, salt to the potatoes and cook until tender.

Step 2

Chop and fry the onion in vegetable oil until cooked for 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown, add 40 g of butter at the end of the frying.

Drain water from mashed potatoes and mash in mashed potatoes.

Add mashed fried onions and 1 egg, mix until smooth.

Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out a thin circle, about 2 mm thick, from ⅓ of the dough.

From the dough cut the same juices (circles) with a diameter of 6-7 cm, use a glass or a special device.

In the center of each juicy put 1 tsp. prepared potatoes and tightly connect the edges, give the dumpling the shape of a month.

Step 8

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan, add 1 tsp. salt, peppercorns, bay leaf and bring to a boil.

Step 9

Put some dumplings in boiling water, mix with a wooden spoon so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, and cook until the dough is ready, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 10

Pour the prepared dumplings with melted butter and sprinkle with green onions, serve sour cream to the dumplings.
