Shellfish pasta with fish


  1. pasta shells 24-25 pcs
  2. fish fillet 400 gr
  3. cottage cheese 200 gr
  4. mozzarella 200 gr
  5. tomato sauce 1 can
  6. dried basil 1 tsp
  7. lemon peel 1 tsp
  8. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. green onions to taste
  10. olive oil to taste
  11. salt to taste
  12. pepper to taste

Boil pasta-shells according to the instructions on the package.
Salt and pepper the fish fillet on both sides, fry in olive oil until tender. Put on a board and chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, half mozzarella, dried basil, zest and lemon juice, green onion, fish slices.
Preheat the oven to 190 C. Lubricate the bottom of the baking dish with tomato sauce. Stuff the shells with minced meat and put in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with the remaining half of grated mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with a little finely chopped green onion.
