Pour semolina with kefir, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes so that semolina swells.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add melted butter and flour, beat with a mixer
Add the swollen semolina with kefir, soda and baking powder to the resulting mixture, mix everything well.
In a multicooker bowl or in a baking dish, if you cook in the oven, pour the dough.
Put bake for 50 minutes in a slow cooker at 160 degrees in the oven at 180 degrees.
At the end, turn off the multicooker and let Manniku cool down for 15-20 minutes.
