- pineapple juice 2-3 tbsp

Cooking:
Mix butter with vanilla and brown sugar. Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Stir thoroughly. Add oatmeal and grated carrots. Mix.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put a baking sheet on baking paper. Form a cookie with a tablespoon. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice. Pour the cookies with the resulting icing.
