Cottage cheese casserole. Delicate, airy with bananas and without semolina

Ingredients

  1. cottage cheese of any fat content 600 g
  2. eggs 3 pcs
  3. sugar 170 gr. (you can change the amount of sugar to your liking)
  4. bananas 4 pcs
  5. starch (I have potato) 2 tbsp
  6. vanillin to taste

Put the bananas in a mold and send to a medium-heated oven for 7 minutes. In order for the bananas to warm up.

Separate the yolks from the proteins, send the proteins so far to the refrigerator, and add the yolks to the cottage cheese. Also, add sugar to the cottage cheese and vanillin well interrupted with a submersible blender, then add starch and again interrupt for several minutes with a blender.

Beat cool proteins to strong peaks and gradually add the curd mass, mix gently.


Put in a form on bananas, level and send to the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Let the casserole cool completely and only then cut into portioned slices.

Cottage cheese casserole turns out to be tender, light than something in structure resembles an air omelet. Incredible yummy!
