  1. Flour 450 g
  2. Dry yeast 7 g
  3. Eggs 3 pcs.
  4. Yolk 1 pc.
  5. Lemon juice 30 ml
  6. Milk 100 ml
  7. Butter 150 g
  8. Sugar 200 g
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. Vanillin to taste
  11. Vodka 1 teaspoon

Sift flour 2 times, mix with yeast. To sugar, add room temperature eggs and yolk, beat until sugar dissolves. Pour warm milk, add salt, vanillin, lemon juice and vodka. Add the flour and yeast, knead the dough, leave the dough in a warm place until doubled. I put the dough in the oven for 40 minutes at 35 degrees. Pour the melted butter, knead, add raisins or other additives. We distribute the dough into the molds filling them 1/3. We give the dough to come up and bake Easter cakes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees 30 minutes.
