Meat pie "Chrysanthemum"


  1. Yeast dough 600 g
  2. Minced meat (beef + pork) 500 g
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Cheese 100 g
  5. Eggs 1 pc. + 1 yolk
  6. Salt 0.5 tsp
  7. Black pepper 0.25 tsp
  8. Milk 1 tbsp. l

We will prepare the necessary products. You can take any mincemeat, but I used 50 to 50 beef + pork. Stuffing was done by myself, since I don’t buy ready-made meat. This is at your discretion.

Add chopped onion, egg, salt and black pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Grate the cheese.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut circles with a glass. Fold the rest of the dough, knead and roll and cut circles again. And so on until the whole dough is over.

Put about half a teaspoon of minced meat and a little cheese on each circle. Fold in half and then again in half. Edges Blind.

In a round baking dish, fold all the blanks tightly to each other, in a circle. Cover with a napkin and leave for 15 minutes, proofing. Grease with yolk whipped with milk.

Bake in a preheated oven, up to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
