In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, vegetable oil, salt. Take 1 sprig of thyme, rosemary and tear off the leaves. Put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix. If there is no way to find fresh thyme and rosemary, then you can take dried.
Pour the fish abundantly with marinade, grease inside, put the remaining branches of thyme and rosemary inside the fish and put it on top of the fish, put it in a container and leave it to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
For a long time, it is better not to leave the fish, since it does not need long pickling.
Lubricate the grate with vegetable oil.
We spread the fish on a wire rack and grill on coals from two sides until golden brown. It took me about 10 minutes on each side.
