Step 1: marinate the turkey.
Cut the turkey fillet into medium-sized cubes.
Put the chopped meat in a deep plate.
Add 5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, grated or passed through a press, mix well and leave to marinate on 30 minutes approximately at room temperature.
Step 2: pickle broccoli.
Cut broccoli into inflorescences.
Transfer to a plate and pour 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, pour 5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce and mix well. Also, leave it at room temperature for now.
Step 3: wrap the cherry tomatoes in the bacon.
Halve the long slices of bacon.
And wrap cherry tomato in each slice.
Step 4: string on skewers.
When the turkey and broccoli marinated, chop them on skewers, alternating with each other and with the tomatoes wrapped in bacon.
Step 5: bake turkey skewers on skewers in the oven.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter, put it inside the skewers and add the peeled and coarsely chopped cloves of garlic next to it. Cover the mold with foil and bake when 190 degrees during 30 minutes.
Across 30 minutes remove the foil and cook more 20-30 minutes, periodically pouring barbecue juice from the bottom of the form.
Step 6: serve turkey skewers on skewers in the oven.
Appetizing kebabs of turkey are ready! This is an independent dish that does not require either sauce or a side dish, but will go well with thin tortillas or pita bread.
Enjoy your meal!
