Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Wash the broccoli, cut into inflorescences, send to salted boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then flip into a colander and rinse with cold running water. Let it drain.
At the same time, rinse the vegetables and cook hard-boiled (10-12 minutes after boiling) eggs.
Cut the tomatoes into halves, eggs into quarters. Cut the pepper into strips.
