Ingredients
Cutlets
- Minced meat 300 gr.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 1-3 tooth.
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1/2 beam
- Potato 350 gr.
Pouring
- Water 250 ml.
- Sour cream 3 tbsp
- Hard cheese 80 gr.

Cooking:
1) Cutlets. In a bowl, combine minced meat, chopped parsley and dill, egg, chopped onions and garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, soy sauce. Mix. Beat the bottom of the bowl. Wet cutlets with wet hands.
2) Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 8 parts. Distribute the cutlets and potatoes in a baking dish.
3) Prepare the fill. Pour boiling water over sour cream, salt and black pepper and mix. Pour potatoes with patties filling.
