Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until sugar is completely dissolved. Sift flour with baking powder into a separate bowl. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients of the dough and mix until smooth, the dough should not be thick, but not too liquid, it should stick slightly to your hands. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut into slices first and then into small cubes. Gently mix the apples into the dough. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. Using wet hands in water, form medium-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet and press gently on top. From the indicated number of ingredients, I got 13 cookies of medium size. We send the baking tray with cookies to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until the top is slightly browned. We take out the liver from the oven, completely let it cool on a baking sheet and serve for tea.
