Cut the tomatoes into ringlets, about 1 cm thick, and immediately put on the dish on which we will serve them. Let's cook marinade. To do this, in a deep plate we combine salt, sugar, mustard, black pepper, vinegar, olive oil and chopped garlic, mix everything thoroughly. Top each tomato with marinade and place a plate of tomatoes in the refrigerator for half an hour. After half an hour, decorate the finished tomatoes with freshly chopped dill and serve.
