Puff pastry apple pie

Ingredients

  1. Puff pastry 375 g
  2. 3 apples
  3. Brown sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Cinnamon 1 tsp
  5. Coconut oil 1 tbsp

Cooking:

Step 1: Stew the apples.


Peel apples and seeds. Cut into quarters and then into thin slices.
Melt coconut oil in a pan, add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
