- Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
- Natural yogurt 150 g
- Egg 1 pc.
- Flour 1/3 cup + 1 cup
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sweet paprika 1/2 tsp

Step 1: beat the chicken.

Serve chicken schnitzels in hot yogurt batter. They go well with a salad of fresh vegetables and various sauces.
