Ingredients for Making Cinnamon Pancakes
- Milk 3 cups
- Corn starch 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder for dough 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 6 teaspoons
- Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil 6 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken eggs 1 piece
- Wheat flour 3 cups

A frying pan, a plastic bottle with a narrow nose, a confectionery syringe, a spatula, a mixer, a whisk.
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, starch and salt in a tall bowl (to beat the dough with a mixer).
Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk at room temperature.
Break the egg and pour in the lemon juice.
Beat all the ingredients with a mixer so that you get a uniform dough without flour lumps. The mass is obtained by the density of the intermediate version between the pancake test and the pancake test.
Step 2: prepare the fill.

And another important detail: the pancakes are a little unconventional in size, they are more like pancakes, so you will fit several at once in the pan.
Step 4: serve the cinnamon pancakes.
Garnish hot pancakes with cinnamon butter, add syrup and serve the finished dish to the table.
You will see that pancakes turn out magnificent, soft and very tasty. Serve them hot for tea.
