Chicken legs with lime and cilantro

Ingredients for making chicken legs with lime and cilantro

  1. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  2. Two lime lime juice
  3. Cilantro chopped 1/2 cup
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. Chile 1 pinch
  6. Caraway seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chicken legs (you can either drumsticks or thighs) 2 pieces
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Vegetable oil for frying

Inventory:

Frying pan, plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula.

Cooking chicken legs with lime and cilantro:

Step 1: pickle the chicken.


In a bowl large enough, mix olive oil, finely chopped cilantro leaves, two lime juice, chopped garlic, cumin and chili. Mix well.
Rinse the chicken legs, remove excess skin, and then lay them on a plate with marinade.
Salt, pepper and mix well.
Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: cook the chicken legs with lime and cilantro.


Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken legs with the skin down, taking the marinade with you. Toast for 6 minutesapproximately until the skin is covered with a golden crust. Turn the chicken over and cook for another 2 minutes.
Turn the chicken legs into preheated 180 degrees bake and bake them for 12 minutes.

Step 3: serve the chicken legs with lime and cilantro.


Chicken legs marinated with cilantro and lime should be served hot on a pillow of boiled rice as a side dish. Poultry meat is very juicy and tender. You’ll just lick your fingers!
