Mango, banana and persimmon smoothie

Ingredients for making smoothies with mango, banana and persimmon

  1. Mango 1 piece
  2. Banana 1 piece
  3. Persimmon 1 piece
  4. Pomegranate (grain) 1 tablespoon
  5. Goji berries 1 tablespoon
  6. Water 200 milliliters
  • Main ingredients: Banana, Mango, Persimmon
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

Blender, kitchen knife, cutting board, glasses for serving.

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the fruits.


Peel the banana and mango, remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Cut the fruit into small cubes so that they fit easily inside the blender.

Step 2: whip everything in a blender.


Fold all prepared fruits in a blender: mango, banana, persimmon and pomegranate seeds. Add goji berries and water to them.

Turn on the blender at maximum power and beat the fruit until you get a smooth cocktail. Make sure that the pieces do not get stuck on the blades, but grind.

Step 3: Serve a smoothie with mango, banana and persimmon.


Serve smoothies with mango, banana and persimmon immediately after cooking. Keep in mind that the drink turns out to be quite satisfying, so it is better to start the day with it, or snack on it during the day.
