Ingredients for Cooking Fish Curry
- White fish fillet 400 gr.
- Coconut milk 400 ml.
- Tomatoes 300 gr.
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Garlic 2 tooth.
- Chili pepper 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
- Seasoning curry 1.5 tbsp. l
- 1 zest zest

Cooking Fish Curry:In a blender we throw chili pepper without grains (if you want to sharpen it, leave the grains), garlic, vegetable oil, salt, curry and lime zest. Blender and get the curry paste.
Fry the onion in sunflower oil. Add the curry paste.
After a minute, add the sliced tomatoes. Pour coconut milk, reduce the fire.
Boil the sauce until slightly thickened.
Add fish. We bring it to readiness.
Ready-made curry is traditionally served with boiled rice.
