For this recipe I had as a source of inspiration a recipe by Jamilla. The donuts came out fluffy and very good.
I got 12 donuts weighing about 70 grams (because I weighed them all) and I would have got 14, but they also had the working girls (modeled) next to me.
- 500 g of flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 50 g butter
- 7 g dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 yolk
- 40 g sugar
- vanilla essence
- lemon essence
- a pinch of salt
- 300 ml frying oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Fluffy dessert donuts like donuts:
Prepare the mayonnaise: put the warm milk in a bowl, add the sugar and yeast and mix well. Allow to rise for 20 minutes in the heat. Add the eggs, melted butter, essences, flour and salt powder. Knead the dough by hand for 15-20 minutes. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rise hot until it doubles in volume, about 50-60 minutes.
From the raised dough, break pieces by hand (70g), shape by hand and leave to rise for about 20 minutes, on sheets of baking paper greased with oil. Fry on both sides, in hot oil, but not very hot, over medium heat. Remove on a paper towel to absorb the oil from the frying pan and after they have cooled, dust them with sugar or serve them with jam / chocolate, etc.
do not put much sugar in the composition, because it burns and immediately burns the oil and stains the donuts.
to get some fluffy and beautiful donuts at the donut shop, the dough is broken by hand and shaped ... do not cut with the glass.

I also fried the donuts on the sides because they grew quite strong and there was a white part left and I was afraid it would be raw inside. For this reason, they changed their shape and did not turn out exactly round.
